Your order tells you whose move it is

New status: “Waiting on confirmation” — the moment Everest sends you the final price, your order’s status changes from “Quote request” to “Waiting on confirmation”. One glance tells you the price is in your inbox and the next move is yours.
Confirming is one reply — reply YES to the price email and Everest locks it in as a sales order.
The My Orders header counts it too — orders waiting on Everest and orders waiting on your confirmation are counted separately, so neither side loses track of whose court the ball is in.

One email address that always answers

Portal emails now come from orders@everestenergyportal.com.au — order confirmations, quotes and status updates all arrive from Everest’s own address, fully authenticated so they land in your inbox, not spam. Add it to your contacts.
Every email link on the site now reaches a real inbox — asset requests, support fallbacks and order confirmation all go to the same address. If you emailed us via a site link before today and heard nothing, it may not have arrived — please resend.
Replying to any Portal email still reaches Kieron directly — that hasn’t changed.

Track your orders, comfortable on a phone

Order cards read properly on a phone now — the order name gets the full width instead of being squeezed beside the price, and the total and status face each other on their own line.
One GST basis per card — if Everest updates a price, the note now quotes both figures inc GST, so they line up with the total at the top of the card. No more ex-GST numbers next to inc-GST ones.
“View order details” says where to tap — each card now tells you it opens, and the full breakdown (items, price-change note, delivery timeline) lives behind it. Orders still in flight open expanded, so anything needing your attention is visible straight away.

Your pricing goes live when your account is approved

Approved accounts: nothing changes. Your trade pricing shows exactly as it does today, everywhere it does today.
New accounts now see pricing once Everest approves them — not the moment they register. Approval is quick; call 1300 DEYE AU if you need it same-day. This replaces the previous arrangement, where pricing appeared straight after signup.
You can still design and send an order request while you wait — the Designer, catalogue and order tools all work. We’ll come back to you with pricing.

Same layout as the Residential Designer — battery series, inverter size and rack configuration sit side by side in one tidy row, with the order summary centered underneath. Every price, rack rule and rebate works exactly as before.
Real product photos — the inverter and battery you’re building with are pictured right on the page, and the pictures follow your choices: pick the SE-G5.1 Pro or step past 25kW and the photos change with you.
Inverter buttons show the price — every size is a button with its model number and price, two across, with the popular 25kW marked.
Pre-Sales advice on the title row — one tap to call 1300 DEYE AU, same spot as the Residential Designer.
The running total follows you — scroll away from the summary and a floating bar keeps your module count, rack count and total on screen, with the Request button one tap away.

One order button at a time — the floating price bar now steps aside the moment the real Request button is on screen, instead of sitting on top of it.

Your Custom Order cart stays where you built it — items added on Custom Order no longer carry across into a Multi Job Order. If you switch with items still in the cart, we ask first instead of quietly moving or losing anything.
Job details come first — each job now starts with its name, address and requested date, then the equipment, then a review. The equipment page is headed with your job’s actual name.
Marked in development — Multi Job Order carries an “In development” badge on the order chooser while we finish it. It works — we’re just still improving it.

The order summary you paste now holds its shape

Copy, paste, and it still lines up — the order summary you copy for a confirmation email is rebuilt so it reads cleanly in Gmail and Outlook: clear ITEMS and FULFILMENT sections, and dotted lines joining each part to its price.
The confirm window reads like a document — your SO number up top, the three steps as a proper list, and a bigger “What you’ll paste” preview so you can see the whole summary before you copy it.

Your account — change your own details

A new “Your account” page — at the bottom of the menu on the left, or click your business name in the top corner. Everything we hold for you is on one page.
Update your own details — business name, who we ask for, and the mobile we call about an order. Change them yourself and save; no need to email us. Your login email stays with us to change — give us a call and we’ll move it across.
Set how you usually take delivery — pick up or delivery, your usual address, and whether there’s a forklift on site. We’ll fill it in on every new order so you’re not typing it each time. You can still change it on any individual order.
Change your password — without waiting for an email link. Enter your current password, then the new one.
See where your account stands — approved or in review, and how you pay.

One Residential Designer, not two — and the Order page says what it’s for

27 July 2026

The new Designer is now THE Residential Designer — what was “Designer V2” has taken over. The Design menu is two tools again: Residential Designer and Commercial Designer. Everything you priced in the old one prices identically in this one; it’s the same engine underneath, with the newer screen on top — the full high-voltage inverter range, multi-rack batteries and the presales number all come with it.
Your old links still work — any bookmark or email link to the previous Residential Designer opens the new one automatically. Nothing you’ve saved lands on the wrong page.
“Order Deye Here” — the Order page now opens with that heading, so it’s obvious what the page is for. The menu item is still Request Deye Order, and the multi-job and custom order screens still title themselves once you pick one.
The running-total bar follows you into the new Designer — the strip showing your build total and the order button now appears there while your order summary is off screen, including when you’re speccing a job inside a multi-job order.

Approving a re-priced order: just reply YES

The green “happy to proceed” button has come off our emails — when we send back an order we’ve re-priced, the email now simply asks you to reply YES. It works the same wherever you read your mail, and it leaves the go-ahead sitting in your own sent items as a written record.
A person confirms it, not a button — once your YES lands, Everest confirms it as a sales order at our end and you get the confirmation email with your sales order number. Nothing is locked in by an accidental click.
Already got one of our older emails open? Its green button still works — we haven’t broken any link we’ve already sent you.

Track your orders opens your live orders for you

27 July 2026

An order still in progress is already open — every order that hasn’t been delivered yet now shows its full detail the moment the page loads: line items, subtotal and total, pick-up or delivery, and where it is on the timeline. No clicking to find out what’s in it. This matters most when we’ve re-priced an order and asked you to approve it — you can see exactly what you’re saying yes to before you hit Happy to proceed?. Delivered and cancelled orders stay tidied away; tap one to open it.
Your sales order number leads the card — an order now reads SO-1022 - Deye Residential — 25.6kWh System. It’s the number we both quote on the phone, so it comes first instead of sitting in the small print.
The orders page is orders only — the technical support list has come off the bottom of it. Your support requests live on the Technical Support page, where you raise them.

The portal tells you when it’s updated — plus a presales number on the Designer

Leave the portal open all week? It’ll now tell you when there’s a new version — a slim bar appears at the top with a Refresh button. We ship most days, and a tab left open since yesterday was quietly showing you yesterday’s tool. If you ever think a feature is missing, check the version in the footer first — it links straight to this page.
Every page now loads the current version — we’ve told browsers to check with us on each visit instead of reusing what they had.
“Want Pre-Sales advice?” — a call button now sits under the battery in the Deye Designer. 1300 DEYE AU (1300 339 328) for advice before you order, or to change an order you’ve already sent.
The support number is readable on a computer — the Technical Support page now prints 1300 339 328 under the call button on desktop, so you can dial it from your phone while you’re looking at the screen.
Inverter sizes fit the screen properly — with the full high-voltage range now listed, the size cards spread across the width instead of running down in one long column.
A shorter intro on the Designer — one line instead of three.

Pick-up orders now tell you when they’re ready to collect

A new status for pick-up orders: “Ready to collect” — your order shows Sales Order Confirmed while we pick and stage the kit, then flips to Ready to collect the moment it’s sitting at Everest with your name on it. No more guessing whether it’s worth the drive.
The order timeline speaks pick-up too — Order placed → Confirmed → Ready to collect → Collected, with the date on each step. Delivery orders keep their Dispatched/Delivered timeline exactly as before.

The Designer grows up: every HV inverter size, multi-rack batteries, and a presales number

The full three-phase HV inverter range is now in the Designer — 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 29.9, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80KW, each button showing its model number and price. The 25KW carries a “Most popular” tag — it’s the one most installs land on.
Need more storage? Add a rack — the high-voltage build now goes past a single rack: up to 10 racks, each holding up to 12 BOS-G batteries with its own HV Control Box. Racks are always identical — that’s how the hardware runs — so you set modules per rack and the number of racks, and the order sheet counts every box and rack for you.
BOS-G starts at 4 modules — the BOS-G HV system needs a minimum of four batteries to run, so the Designer now floors there and says why, instead of letting you spec a stack that can’t start.
A sense-check on big banks — if the storage you’ve built is more than the chosen inverter can realistically run, the Designer says so and points you at the GE-F60 / GE-F120 cabinet systems instead of quoting it anyway.
Presales advice and order changes — call 1300 DEYE AU (1300 339 328). The number now sits right under the “Request sales order” button.
Every size in the range is in stock — the handful of models previously marked out of stock are available to order.

Confirming a repriced order: three simple steps

The confirmation window now walks you through it — Step 1: copy the order summary. Step 2: email orders@everestenergyportal.com.au. Step 3: paste and send. It works the same whether you read your mail in Outlook, Gmail in a browser, or on your phone.
“Copy order summary” is the one button — it puts your order number, every item and price, and the delivery details on your clipboard, ready to paste. The summary is shown right there in the window so you can see exactly what you’re sending.
Got a mail app wired up? Clicking the address still opens a pre-addressed email — but nothing depends on it any more.

Price changed on your order? Confirm it in one click

A “Happy to proceed?” button now appears on any open order where we’ve adjusted the price — for example when freight is added. It sits right under the price-change notice in Track your orders.
One click writes the confirmation email for you — it opens your email app addressed to our orders desk with your order number, every item and price, and the delivery details already filled in. Just press send, and your written go-ahead is on record.
No email app on that machine? A copy button gives you the same text to paste into webmail — nothing depends on how your computer is set up.

Install Hub questions now reach the desk properly

The Install Hub’s “Ask” form now logs your question with us — it used to open a blank email in your own mail app and rely on you sending it. It now goes straight to the Everest install desk the same way the support page does, and you get a confirmation on screen.
Leave a mobile or an email — the form asks for one so the desk has a way back to you. Everything else works exactly as before: pick a topic chip or type your own, then describe what’s happening.
If you’re offline it still composes an email — nothing is lost either way.

Click anywhere on a date field and the calendar opens — no more typing dd/mm/yyyy one digit at a time. Works on the order sheet’s delivery and pickup dates, and every other date field in the portal.
Typing still works — if you prefer keying the date in, nothing has changed; the calendar is just there the moment you click.

The free PDU3 + Base is now a first-order welcome offer

First order with Everest? Your PDU3 + Base is free. Build any All-In-One system with four or more battery modules and the base comes off your first order automatically when we process it — nothing to claim, nothing to enter.
The Designer shows a note instead of a discount line. The order summary prices the full kit; if it’s your first order, the sales order we send back is cheaper than the screen showed — never the other way around.
Applies to trade accounts. The offer is for account holders’ first orders — if you’re ordering as a guest, sign up first (it’s instant) so your order counts.

All-In-One 10kW single phase is now orderable

New product: AI-W5.1-10P1-AU-B — the 10kW All-In-One, single phase. It joins the 5, 6 and 8kW units everywhere the range appears: the Designer, the full price list and Request a Deye Order. Your account price shows the moment you’re signed in.
Sized for up to 20kW of panels — the Designer uses the same 2× ratio the 10kW three-phase All-In-One already runs on.
Not in the PV String Calculator or the CEC expiry list yet — both need the figures from Deye’s datasheet for this model. We’ll add them as soon as we have them; every other 10kW option is unaffected.
The side menu headings stand out — Design, Order, Technical Support and Sales & Marketing are bigger and bolder, so the four sections read as sections instead of blending into the pages inside them.

Designer V2 lines up dead-centre — on every screen size

27 July 2026

Title, choices and order summary share one centre line — the page reads as one column straight down the middle of the screen, at any desktop width.
Fixed: sideways scrolling on smaller desktops — on ~1366px laptop screens the choice columns ran wider than the page. They now resize to fit; on those screens the decorative battery photo steps aside so the controls keep their layout.
The order button says what happens next — “We’ll confirm stock, finalise freight and get back to you very soon with your sales order.”

A proper title and a line on what the tool is — the page now opens with what the Deye Designer does: spec a complete Deye battery system with live pricing and the STC rebate, ready to send as a sales order.

The order summary is narrower again — item and price sit close enough to read as one line.

Inverter sizes are buttons with the price on them — tap a size, see its price, right under the phase choice. The dropdown from earlier today didn’t survive contact with real use.
The battery panel is battery-sized — no more stretching across the whole screen for one counter, and its picture is now a single AI-W5.1-B module, exactly what the +/− buttons add and remove.
The order summary is narrower — prices sit next to the items they belong to instead of across the far side of the screen.

Designer V2 — the whole system on one page

All-in-one and Wall-mount sit on the page together — no opening question any more. Two cards up top; tap one and the product photo underneath switches to what you’d be installing: the AI-W5.1 stack, or the wall-mount hybrid inverter beside its battery, matched to the phase and voltage you’ve picked.
Inverter size is a dropdown — one row showing size, price and model code, in place of the four big buttons. Every size that was there before still is, including the 10KW single-phase all-in-one on the roadmap.
The battery picker shows the battery — product image beside the module counter, and the whole spec now reads across one row of the screen: system, phase, size, storage.
Nothing has changed about pricing, STCs or what you can build — layout only, same figures to the dollar.

Request Deye Order now opens on four ways in

The two Designers lead the screen — Residential Designer and Commercial Designer sit at the top of Request Deye Order, above Multi-job order and Custom Order. If you are ordering for one install, you can spec it and raise the order without leaving the page you started on.
Multi-job order and Custom Order are unchanged — same two paths, same flows, now on the bottom row.
The page has its own web address — it is ?tab=order now, because “Custom Order” is one of the boxes on the screen rather than the name of it. Any link or bookmark you already have still works and will take you to the same place.

The Install Hub keeps what only it does

Two sub-tabs instead of four — the Install Hub is now Install Videos and Ask an Installer. System Layouts and Manuals & Datasheets have been retired.
Every document is still there, in one place — the Datasheets tab carries every model on the price list, searchable by SKU or size, instead of a four-document shortlist that only repeated part of it.
Sizing a system starts in a Designer — the Residential and Commercial Designers build the actual bill of materials with live SKUs and the STC rebate applied, which the layout diagrams could only describe.

The support page gets to the point

One offer, one screen — the page opens straight on Instant Deye Support — just call. The headline and standfirst that sat above it said the same thing twice before you reached the number, so they are gone.
Connect and speak to electricians who’ve installed hundreds of Deye systems — one line covers who picks up and what it gets you, in place of the three separate blocks of trust copy that followed the button.
Nothing has changed about the support itself — same number, same team, same hours (Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm AEST), same callback form if you cannot talk right now.

Designer V2 fits on one screen

Spec, price and the order button on one screen — once you pick a system, everything from the phase choice to Request sales order now fits a desktop display with no scrolling. The order summary still sits under your choices, just without the empty air in between.
Slimmer controls, same choices — phase and battery-voltage options are compact pills beside the inverter and battery pickers instead of full-width panels, and the battery module counter reads on a single line.
Nothing has changed about pricing, STCs or what you can build — layout only. Every configuration, price and rebate figure is exactly as before, and phones keep the roomier stacked layout.

A proper look at the system you’re quoting

The system card shows the AI-W5.1 as it really looks — a full three-quarter product render of the all-in-one stack in both designers, in place of the small flat diagram. Builds with two inverters show the double stack.
The datasheet is one tap away — a Datasheet link now sits right under the render, opening the official AI-W5.1 spec sheet in a new tab. Wall-mount and three-phase HV builds keep the system diagram as before.

The price reads straight down the order summary now

Total, rebate and the order button sit under your items — the order summary reads top to bottom: what you have specced, then the total, the STC rebate and the request button underneath. The money used to sit in its own column off to the side, which left a block of empty white space under your items on a wide screen.
Nothing has changed about pricing, STCs or how you place an order — layout only. Phones and tablets already stacked this way.

A free PDU + Base on any all-in-one build with four or more modules

The offer is simpler and it reaches far more builds — pick any all-in-one inverter with four or more battery modules and one PDU + Base comes off the order free. It used to take two inverters and eight modules to earn it, so most single-stack systems never qualified. Now they do.
It shows up in the Designer before you order — the credit appears as its own line in your order summary the moment the build qualifies, so the price you see is the price on the sales order.
Prices have been updated across the catalogue — the Designer and your price list always read live prices, so you are already seeing the current ones. Nothing you have already ordered is affected.
Nothing has changed about STCs or how you place an order — the rebate calculation, the order flow and your account pricing all work exactly as before.

Forgotten your password? You can reset it yourself now

“Forgot your password?” on the login box — enter your email and we send you a link to set a new one. Until now the only way back in was the “email me a login link” button, which signed you in but never let you fix the password itself, so you needed a fresh link every single time.
You choose the new password yourself — the link opens a box asking for it twice, so a typo cannot lock you out again. Minimum eight characters.
Expired links now say so — reset links do not last forever, and an old one used to look like it simply did nothing. It now tells you it has expired and offers to send a fresh one straight away.
Nothing changes about how you log in normally — email and password as before, and the login-link button is still there if you prefer it.

The designers read across the screen, not down a narrow column

Your order summary has moved underneath — in all three designers, the system picture and the order summary now sit in a full-width strip below your choices instead of a tall column squeezed down the right-hand side. Picture on the left, what you have specced in the middle, the price and the order button on the right — all of it on one line of sight.
Inverter size and battery sit side by side in Designer V2 — they used to stack, one under the other, so a simple two-part choice took up the whole screen. Now it is one row: pick the inverter on the left, set the battery modules on the right.
The system picture is smaller — it was sized for the old tall column and dominated the page. It is scaled to the new layout now.
Nothing has changed about pricing, STCs or how you place an order — this is layout only. On a phone or tablet everything stacks exactly as it did before.

The menu now tells you what the Portal does

Four sections instead of one long list — Design, Order, Technical support and Sales & marketing. Everything sits under the job you are trying to do, so you should not have to hunt for anything or already know where it lives.
Tap a heading to open or close it — on a computer all four start open, because there is room. On a phone the menu opens on just the section you are already in, so it is a short list you can read rather than a long one you scroll.
“Track your orders” is on the menu for everyone now — it used to appear only once you were logged in, so if you had not signed up you would never have known it was there. Same page as before: every order with where it has got to — placed, confirmed, dispatched, delivered — and consignment tracking as it ships.
“Custom Order” is now “Request Deye Order” — same page, same two ways in (multi-job or the full price list). It just says what it is for.
New: Deye Marketing Collateral — sales material to put Deye in front of your customers, starting with product photography for every Deye product we supply, free to download and use as your own. Brochures, social tiles, logos and case studies are on the way — the page says what is coming, and there is a button to tell us what you would actually use so we do that first.
The Sales Portal is back on the menu — under Sales & marketing, still in early access.
The PV String Calculator has moved — it is under Technical support now, with the Install Hub and the datasheets, rather than under Design.

You now hear from us when it lands, not just when it leaves

26 July 2026

A delivery email to close the order — you already get an email with tracking the moment your order leaves us. Now you get one when it arrives too, listing every consignment on the order, so the job ends with a message instead of silence.
Picked up rather than delivered? — you get the matching “collected” email instead. It never tells you something was delivered when you came and took it yourself.
Something missing or damaged? — reply straight to that email and it reaches us.

The menu moves to the side

Everything is down the left now — the menu that used to sit across the top is a side rail. All the tools are visible at once instead of hidden behind a Design dropdown, so it is one click to anything from anywhere.
More room to work — the page no longer stops at a fixed width, so on a wide screen the Designer gets the space that used to be empty margin. You also get back the height the old menu row took up.
Phones and tablets are unchanged — the menu button in the top corner works exactly as it did.

A new Designer, and a portal that’s easier on the eyes

Deye Designer V2, alongside the one you know — a new version of the home Designer that starts with a single question: all-in-one, or wall-mount? Pick one and the rest of the build opens up. Your choice stays at the top as a breadcrumb, so switching is one click. The original Designer is untouched and still in the Design menu — both are there, so use whichever suits you and tell us which you prefer.
Same prices, same rebate, same order — V2 runs on exactly the same pricing and STC engine as the original. Build the same system in either and you get the same number, to the dollar.
Easier to read — the whole portal has had a typography pass. Text sits at fewer, better-judged weights so the things that matter actually stand out, small labels are darker and properly legible, and nothing is set below 11px any more. If the portal felt tiring to read on a long day, that is what this fixes.
Proper icons — the emoji across the menus and Home tiles are now real icons. They look the same on every phone and computer instead of changing shape depending on what you opened them on.

Early access is open — the Sales Portal is back on your Home screen and opening to Everest retailers area by area. Have a look around the platform and request early access from the dashboard.
Buy batteries, earn lead credits — buy your Deye batteries through Everest and you earn lead credits: free install opportunities, funded by Everest’s marketing fund. No charge, no lead fees.
Everything else you already get — quick shipping (typically 1–2 days), technical support from electricians who’ve installed hundreds of Deye systems, install support on 1300 DEYE AU, and the Deye Portal to run it all.
A clearer support icon — Request Technical Support now leads with 📞, because the offer is the phone call.

Real product imagery in the Designer — the “Your system” panel now shows the actual Deye all-in-one, front on, matched to your build. Add or remove battery modules and the picture updates with you, from a single module to the full five-high stack.

Your order reference, every time — your SO number now shows on the confirmation screen the moment an order is raised, even if the email confirmation is delayed.
No accidental duplicates — if an order ever looks stuck and you retry it, it won’t be sent twice.
Dates stay valid — come back to a saved order a few days later and the requested date is re-checked, so it can never slip into the past before it reaches us.

Pick the parts first — a multi-job now opens on the full price list. Add what the job needs, then fill in the delivery details, then review — equipment, details, review.
One order, every job — a short how-it-works panel up top explains the flow, and each job keeps its own equipment list, delivery address and date. The basket shows every job separately; submit the lot together.
Spec it your way — a slim switcher lets you jump from the price list to a Quick package or the Residential / Commercial designer without leaving the job.
Clearer batteries — the LV and HV batteries now read by their model and true capacity (e.g. “AI-W5.1 Stackable Battery · 5.12kWh”), and the “Battery & bases” part of each section stands out.
Tidier order summary — the “Your Order” panel lays out cleanly on wide screens.
All sections in view — the jump-to-section buttons now wrap so you can see every section at once, no sideways scrolling.

Every product, one page — no more drilling through categories. The whole Deye range is laid out in nine sections, each inverter range shown with the battery and base it uses.
Jump straight to your section — a bar at the top scrolls you to AIO, Wall Mount, HV, String, Cabinet ESS or parts, and stays with you as you scroll.
Residential or Commercial at a tap — filter the list to your side of the business; parts and meters stay in both views.
Plain-English part descriptions — the PDU3 base reads “Battery base for AIO inverter”, the PDU1 explains when a wall-mount stack or a 30kWh+ AIO build needs it, and the HV control box and racks say what they're for.
Order from anywhere on the page — add from any section and it all lands in the one order; the cart still flags anything a buildable stack is missing.

Every size on screen at once — the Designer's inverter size is a row of boxes again, not a dropdown. Single phase shows 5kW, 6kW and 8kW; three phase shows 5 through 12.
The price sits under each size — compare the whole range without opening anything, and tap the box you want.
10kW single phase is still flagged as coming soon — shown greyed out so you can see it's on the way.

Inverter and battery, side by side — the moment you pick a range you see that range's inverters and the batteries they pair with, together on one screen. No clicking back and forth to find the battery.
Build a package in seconds, then build another — set the number of modules, add it to your order, and start the next one — handy when you're pricing a few options at once.
The right parts come with it — the PDU and base (or, for high-voltage, the control box and rack) are added for you, and each inverter only offers the batteries it actually supports.
The full catalogue is still there — parts, cabinets, standalone batteries and commercial inverters remain below, for anything beyond a standard inverter + battery package.

Browse by what you're building — Residential, Commercial or Batteries & Parts, then narrow to exactly the type you need. The longest list is now eleven products; it used to be sixty.
You can always step back — breadcrumbs walk you back up a level, and where a close relative lives under another heading, an “Also see” link takes you straight there.
Only batteries that pair with your inverter are offered — and module limits are applied, so a stack that tops out at ten can't be ordered with eleven.
Incomplete kit is caught before it ships — battery stacks bring their PDU and base, HV strings bring their control box and the right-sized rack, and the cart offers a one-tap fix for anything missing.
Search finds what you mean — “single phase” now returns every single-phase product, however it's badged on the box.
One name per product, everywhere — the name in the catalogue is the name in your cart, your emails and your order history.
Smoother on the phone — one layout at every screen size, and rotating or resizing no longer leaves the page stuck.

Just reply “yes” to accept a price

Reply “yes” and your sales order is confirmed — no button to find, no link to click. Hit Reply from whatever mail app you use, send a plain “yes”, and the order is confirmed straight away.
The green button still works exactly as before — whichever you prefer, the result is the same.
Anything more than a plain “yes” reaches a person — reply “yes, but can you change the delivery date” and it comes to us to sort out, not to a robot.

Every order gets its sales order number the moment you raise it — SO-1000, SO-1001 and counting. It's on your confirmation screen, in every email, and against the order in My Orders.
One reference, end to end — the number on your quote is the number on your confirmation and your invoice. No codes, no lookups.
Accepting a price is clearer — the confirm page shows your order number and states plainly that confirming places a binding order at the price shown.

The whole order on one screen — items, price, STC rebate, delivery choice and the order button now sit in a row under your build. The side panel with its own scrollbar is gone; there is nothing to hunt for.
Battery storage slimmed down — one compact row instead of a third of the screen.
The price follows you — if the order button ever is off-screen, a bar at the bottom shows your running total and a Request-order button until the real one scrolls into view.
While designing a job from a multi-job order, the blue "Designing…" strip no longer covers the header.

Orders send themselves — no email app needed

Requesting a sales order is fully in-app — confirm the order and it goes straight to Everest. No email program opens; machines without Gmail or Outlook are no longer a dead end.
One reply closes the loop — Everest confirms stock and replies to your email the same business day.
If the send hiccups, nothing is lost — a Try-again button retries on the spot, with the full order text ready to copy as a backup.
Ordered while logged out? If your email matches your trade account, the order is filed to your account automatically — it shows in My Orders at your account pricing.
Fixed: logged-in orders could silently fall back to the old email flow. They now send reliably.

Multi-job ordering, rebuilt

21 July 2026

Each job is specced properly — pick the residential or commercial designer and the companion parts come with it. A PDU3 + Base for every AIO stack, an HV control box and rack for every HV string. Ordering an AIO with no PDU is no longer possible by accident.
The catalogue is checked before a job is banked — if a hand-picked BOM is missing a mandatory part, you get a one-tap fix rather than an unbuildable delivery.
Nothing goes out half-addressed — every job needs a name, a delivery address (or pick-up) and a requested date before the order can be sent.
Three identical jobs in one action — duplicate a job, or bank the same spec ×N. Set a PO, an address and a date once at the top and every job inherits them.
Edit a job after banking it — pull it back, add the SKU you forgot, save it in place.
Room for the paperwork — customer PO reference, site contact and notes per job, all carried through to Everest.
Usable on a phone — the order is now three short steps per job with a running total pinned to the bottom of the screen. The equipment step went from thirteen screens of scrolling to under two, the basket sits as a one-line-per-job summary while you work, and the page no longer slides sideways.
Reload mid-order and you land back where you were, with the job you were building intact.

The Portal is now the site itself — one link takes retailers straight to the four tools. Old links keep working.
Rebuilt for big screens — the launcher sits in the centre of the screen and scales up, instead of hugging one corner.
